
Our philosophy in Team Building is to help each Drum Circle participant to return to, and/or reinforce what we call The Primary Ambition within. It is a centering and freeing of each participant whose pulse and “energy signature” is unique, certain, universally relevant, and a key to the overall operation of any business, group, organization, team, etc. that forms & operates as a Community Successful In Practical & Noble Purpose.
The Order of Co-operative Evolving Change
The First Order, directive...request of all energies is (by the very definitive nature and etymology of the word "Order") , a command and a desire for movement of change that would manifest a vision (an accomplished goal ) via some number of relevant steps & functions. For Order denotes a particular way, a system of accomplishment with "parts, segments, steps, etc." that we work on and create together to aright "dis-order", and bring about a euphony, a harmonic commonality of purpose born out of our different responsibilities; performed by energies of folks of varying diversities.
This must (obviously) be an agreed upon concept of understanding and intentional purposed projection of co-operation.
Team Works "R" Team Creations! And so...
...There IS an "I" in every Team! In fact, there are as many "I's" as there are members of The Team.
The opportunity that all of us have to execute the creative actions of "co-operation" is Self-Love... Inner Harmony that springs from the "feel" & knowledge of one's personal Harmonic Rhythm, or sense of Self. If I care about Who I Am, I investigate the kind of person I Am Creating, moment to moment. This question is most grounded within the "order of opportunities" to seize the forthright occasions to evolve. Integrity! Honesty. Patience, etc. ...are these words that define Me; or, do they perhaps, intrigue me enough to adopt as fresh aspects of Who "I Am" choosing to become? A more harmonic self swells from within each inner point of virtue genuinely felt...thought... and expressed as we very honestly evaluate & execute toward personal growth.
Am I, currently, a Gossiper? Am I deliberately & arbitrarily "Contrary"?...Lazy? Does what I do matter to Me? Am I in Life for a buck only? And, Am I willing and satisfied to only get a buck's worth of Life back?
Every "I", being quite present in The Team, is an intertwined aspect of The Spirit of The Team . We do not see "The Letter "I"" in the written word of Team. Nor do we hear "The Letter "I"" when we enunciate the word Team. However, the energies of "The "I's"" are clearly present, and they manifest collectively as "The Spirit of The Group". And, this Spirit Energy becomes, CREATES The Culture and the resulting successes or short comings of the Work/Group/Community Purpose & Environment. The Team is either moving toward its more "natural course purpose" that affords the greater wealth profiles of Harmonic Rhythm, or toward the unnatural skews of discord and poor result.
The Team Attributes- The attitudes, competencies... the compassionate personalities, drives, commitments, etc. of its members (The "I's") provide the sustenance of a Team of greater inner value of purpose & goal. Healthy gears propel machines with the best sustainable efficiency and endurance. To Scale well, up and beyond from any point, (whether "fresh", novel, or established & seasoned in group purpose), requires that each stage throughout developmental foundations & growth be most healthy, as well; that every part played to affect progress be born from the best energies of developmental cause. When that cause is placed upon the discerning alter of "purity", or integrity, all justifications are arightly envisioned and found appropriately grounded to be built upon.
Leadership Stewards The Diversity, Commonality and the Focus of Harmonic Rhythms
Great, "like-hearted" people create "Diverse Co-operative Team Culture"!
And Great Team Leadership seeks to perpetually Scale the co-operative focus and fruits of such Cultures by infusing the Wisdom of Insisted Integrity & Compassionate Competence from, both, one's self and from those in one's charge. This is The Competency Skill Set of affective leadership as the Harmonic Conductor of Rhythmically fluent program operations.

The Village Greene, in Historic Smithville, NJ, (Galloway)
It is here that Legend Drum Circles was born!
Twice a year, for over 12 years, Legend Drum Circles held A Major Community Drum Circle on The Village Greene, in Historic Smithville, NJ. Legend Drum Circles' parent company, Herban Legend LLC operated a Fair Trade Boutique at The Village Greene location. Desiring to honor Earth Day in Spring, and The International Day of Peace in Autumn, we held our Major Community Drum Circle Events on the weekends near those dates, and featured Entertainment, Vendors, Workshops, Poetry, Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance & so much more. We sponsored representatives from various disciplines who shared their expertise with the community.

The Noyes Museum: The remarkable Noyes Museum in Galloway Township, New Jersey
This fun gathering occurred six to seven times per year. It was an AWESOME CIRCLE open to the public before The Noyes , unfortunately, closed its doors at their Galloway location. The Noyes Museum continues to operate two area facilities: one in Atlantic City, N.J., and the other in Hammonton, N.J.

We LOVE to help to release stress & tensions. We LOVE to build community in our Neighborhoods, Businesses, Schools...you name it! And The Noyes Museum, along with The Village Greene in Historic Smithville, as well as many other venues, were remarkable events where we we've been honored to develop just that!!
A Good Business
Facilitating circles to build a stronger person and ultimately, a more profound community team spirit of enthusiasm and collective accomplishment is our focus in whatever, and wherever exist the intention & capacity to Harmonically Thrive as a Collective. The consequent result is the evolution of human environments. So far as we can see, there is no occasion where a Drum Circle could not serve to assist this Noble Purpose.
